Administrative Appraisal

The Administrator Appraisal process provides an informational tool which can be used by superintendents in their work with campus principals, school boards, and the community. The principal and superintendent appraisal can be used as a way to communicate goals, celebrate successes, and identify areas of growth for the future. These documents are ultimately retained within the district for the analysis of achievement trends and to document compliance with statute.

The Principal and Superintendent worksheets will be updated each November when the Texas Education Agency (TEA) releases the AEIS Reports from the prior year.
