School CounselorThe School Counselor Certification (SCC) program at Region 13 provides a high quality certification program designed to prepare successful teachers to become school counselors through an alternative route.
PrincipalThe Principal Certification Network (PCN) at Region 13 provides a high quality certification program designed to prepare aspiring educational leaders for the Principalship through an alternative route.
SuperintendentThe Texas Superintendents’ Certification Institute (TSCI) is a high-quality, comprehensive certification program designed exclusively to prepare aspiring educational leaders for the superintendency through non-traditional means. This program is a collaborative with Region XX.
AppraisalRegion 13 offers training and certification in Instructional Leadership Development (ILD), the Professional Development and Appraisal System (PDAS), and the Appraisal of Principals and Superintendents.
Specialty Region 13 offers a variety of certifications in other specialized areas including: Bus Driver Certification, Master Reading Teacher, School Nurse Certification, Strategic Instruction Model, Speech/Lang Pathology, Wilson Reading System, Migrant ID and Research, Paraprofessional, Bilingual Evaluation Specialist, and Substitute Teacher Endorsements.
