Education Service Center Region 13 (ESC) is seeking proposals for custodial cleaning services for approximately 120,000 square feet of office, training, and storage facilities located in Austin, Texas.

Due Date and Time:  Thursday, March 1, 2018; 3:00 p.m. CST

Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Director of Administrative Services, Education Service Center (ESC) Region 13, 5701 Springdale Road, Austin, Texas 78723 until the time and date indicated above. Proposals received after the stated date and time will not be opened or considered.
Envelopes should be plainly marked: "ATTN: Elton Heine, Custodial Cleaning Services Proposal".

Interested vendors may attend a pre-bid conference at ESC 13 on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 9AM – 11 AM
