STAARPlease note there will not be a separate accommodated form for STAAR. Students receiving special education services, who previously took TAKS or TAKS-Accommodated, will now take STAAR with or without accommodations based on student need. We recommend you visit the content area links below to learn more about the regular version of STAAR. |
|
STAAR ModifiedThe STAAR Modified assessment is available for students with significant learning disabilities who are performing multiple years behind grade level, will not progress at the same rate and level of rigor as non-disabled peers, receive modified content for instruction, and require direct and intensive instruction to learn. Students who are eligible to take STAAR Modified in a specific subject area may take the general STAAR assessment in other subject areas. Click here for more information about the STAAR Modified eligibility requirements. |
