Registration Fee: $350

Guest/Spouse Fee: $90

Registration fee for participants (Board Members, ESC Staff, and Sponsors) includes all meals, guest speaker sessions, and optional conference events. Please complete your registration by October 19, 2016.

Each ESC will commit to register a minimum of five attendees for the TAESC Conference regardless of whether or not they will actually have people attend.

Payment

Purchase order and credit card are acceptable methods of payment for registration. 

For credit card payments, please contact Jeannie Barnes at 512-919-5276. Do not include credit card information on the on-line registration form. 

Spouse/Guest: Payment for spouses/guests can be made on-site in the form of cash (exact change please) or personal check. We will not be able to accept credit cards on-site. 

All payments should be made to ESC Region 13. 

Block Registration

Block registration is available via the on-line registration form. Up to 15 participants can be registered on one registration form. When entering your block registration, please include first/last name, ESC, participant role, email, guest/spouse name, and special dietary needs for each participant. Once the form is submitted, you are not able to change any information. Please have all information readily available when completing registration.

Cancellations/Refunds/Changes

All cancellation/refund/change requests must be made in writing via email no later than October 28, 2016. Refunds will not be available after October 28.

Optional Conference Events

Your registration fee for the TAESC Conference includes optional conference activities for all registered Board Members, ESC Staff, and Sponsors. Once your registration is confirmed, the on-line registration link will be emailed. The link will be shared with those with confirmed registration. 

Please complete the requested information no later than October 21, 2016. You can register up to five people for one activity at one time. If you need to register additional participants, please complete an additional form. Please make sure to click Submit to complete your registration.

If an activity is canceled due to low interest or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the opportunity to select another activity.

Cancellations/Changes: Please cancel any activities in writing by October 28th. Send cancellation and/or change requests directly to monica.paz@esc13.txed.net.

Wine Tasting/Tour & Shopping

The Texas Hill Country wine region is quickly gaining national prominence for its large number of wineries in a close proximity and for its award-winning wineries with diverse varietals.

Board a private shuttle to visit Becker Vineyards (www.beckervineyards.com) where you will enjoy a private tasting and tour. After the visit of the winery, board the shuttle for a quick drive to Fredricksburg. You will be dropped off on Main street where you will be given the chance to visit shops and boutiques, art galleries, jewelry stores, restaurants, wine bars, bakeries, coffee shops, and live music.

The shuttle will pick-up at the front of the resort and will depart at 12:30 pm. Please allow approximately 4 hours for activity.

Golf

Built in 1971, with multiple tees on every hole, more than 71 sand traps and 12 water hazards, Slick Rock embodies the Robert Trent Jones, Sr. philosophy of “hard par, easy bogey.” Slick Rock also is home to the awe-inspiring “Million Dollar Hole” (No. 14) featuring a winding cart path that takes golfers on a ride through a waterfall that spans more than 35 yards and empties more than 8,000 gallons of water into Slick Rock creek each minute.

The Bayside Spa at Horseshoe Bay Resort is a full-service spa and salon and is the perfect place to unwind and let yourself be pampered. Along with your chosen service, you can enjoy the private lounge, eucalyptus-infused steam rooms, dry sauna and whirlpool.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled service. The Bayside Spa is within walking distance, however shuttle service is available at the front of the resort.

Guided Fishing - MAXIMUM REACHED. NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

Come join us for a fun and memorable fishing experience in Central Texas on Lake LBJ. The guides for Lake LBJ Fishing Guide Service have over 40 years experience fishing Lake LBJ. For more information visit: www.lbjguideservice.com.

Please bring fishing license, drinks, snacks, hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. A minimum of four, or maximum of eight participants is needed. If minimum is not reached, this activity will be canceled.

A boat will pick-up at Horseshoe Bay at 12:30 pm at the marina. Please allow approximately 4 hours for activity.

Horseshoe Bay Yacht Private Charter 

With unimaginable style, the Horseshoe Bay Resort Yacht sets sail to offer exquisite views of Lake LBJ and the Hill Country. The 90-foot yacht features a 53-foot long deck for open-air enjoyment, a climate controlled dining room, and an enclosed observation area on the upper deck.

A minimum of 40 people, or a maximum of 50 people. If minimum is not reached, this activity will be canceled.

The yacht will pick-up at the Horseshoe Bay marina at 2:00 pm. Please allow approximately 2 hours for activity.
