Program Design

The Turnaround Leadership Development Program consists of:

  • 60+ clock hours of face-to-face and online training and development
  • Individual leadership development plan
  • Pivotal leadership coaching and observation visits
  • Cohort groups start the program and complete it as a group
  • Summer kick-off training and on-site Saturday sessions (Fall and Spring)
  • Time between on-site sessions to complete web-based work (four weeks)
  • On-site sessions facilitated by experienced administrators
  • Turnaround leadership text resources
  • Connection with two current turnaround expert leaders
  • Consistent support from Program Coordinator
