Program Design

The Turnaround Leadership Development Program consists of:

  • 60+ clock hours of face-to-face and online training and development
  • Seminar style learning which will include an individual leadership development plan, executive leadership coaching and observation visits
  • Cohort group start the program and complete it as a group
  • Summer training and on-site Saturday seminars (Fall and Spring)
  • Time between on-site sessions to complete web-based work (four weeks)
  • On-site sessions facilitated by experienced administrators
