Distance Learning Fees

Full Distance Learning Network membership entitles your district to the following services:

  •     Unlimited access to the video conference network, scheduling, and remote testing for interactive video conferences;
  •     Access to TETN events with approval of the host site;
  •     Access to Connect2Texas and other statewide student events;
  •     Bridge services to out-of-network sites for professional development and student events;
  •     Facilitation of H.323 conferences and desktop connections to those conferences (provider fees not included);
  •     Unlimited phone support;
  •     E-mail alerts of content providers special sessions and other opportunities (provider fees not included);
  •     Research of new technologies for possible incorporation into the existing infrastructure; and
  •     Web access to streaming and recordings of IVC events upon approval of the provider;
  •     Free access to Kubi carts as inventory is available;
  •     Access to secure, flexible desktop video conferencing so that teachers can connect right from their classrooms.


Full DLN membership fees are $3,000 per year.

Partial membership fees are $1500 per year and entitle districts to a maximum of 5 total connections (live events or recordings).
